Never starting a procedure that isn't understood
Before treatment begins we share the alternatives, the number of sessions and the total cost in writing. We do not propose unnecessary treatment, and we monitor what can be monitored.
What grew our clinic was not advertising, but patients bringing their families once their treatment was done.
We started as a small two-chair practice. Today we are a team of eight with four treatment rooms. One thing has not changed: we do not begin any treatment before the patient fully understands what is going to be done.
Sometimes that makes the appointment longer, sometimes it leads us to say “you don't need this treatment for now”. That is also the reason for the circle of patients we have built over sixteen years.
It is not written on the sign outside, but it holds at every appointment. It describes how we work today and where we are heading.

Our aim is not to grow, but to keep the care of the first day at the same standard for years. The dentist who starts the treatment sees it through to the end.
